We cut the big Oak tree down on #1 rough today. We estimated the tree was over 150 years old. It might have been closer to 200 years old. The center of the tree had a 8 inch diameter hollow spot. This tree could have been around since the war of 1812. What stories this old Oak could have told us if it could talk. Below are a few pic's and a video of the big tree being cut down.

We cut all limbs off on the rough side.
We tied 2 ropes to tree so it would fall in no mow area.
