Cooking Maple Sap

     We have began cooking down our maple sap.  We have about 15 gals. so far.  We will continue to collect sap through the month of February.  I hope to get about 1 quart of syrup out of sap we have on hand right now.  By the time we are done collecting all sap, I hope to be able to make at least  1 gallon of syrup.  Keep your fingers crossed that we can make enough syrup for a Pancake breakfast at the Club.  We will keep you posted.
